Privacy Policy

• Birthdays you add — the names, dates (month/day, optional year), optional country/timezone, and tags you enter for the people you track.
• Account information— if you choose to sign in with Apple or Google, we receive your name and email address from that provider. With Sign in with Apple you may use Apple's private email relay so we never see your real address. Using the app without signing in creates an anonymous account identified only by a random ID.
• Notification data — if you enable reminders, we store a device push token and your timezone so reminders arrive at the right local time.
• Shares you create — when you make a share link, the selected birthdays and your first name (if signed in) are stored so anyone with the link can add them.

We use this information only to provide the app: storing your birthdays, showing timezone-aware countdowns, sending the reminders you opt into, syncing across your devices when you sign in, and enabling share links. We do not use your data for advertising and do not track you across other apps or websites.

Your data is stored using Google Firebase (Authentication, Cloud Firestore, and Cloud Messaging) and delivered to Apple devices via Apple Push Notification service. These providers process data on our behalf under their own security and privacy terms.

We share data only as needed to run the app (the providers above). Anyone you send a share link to can view and import the birthdays in that link. We never sell personal data.

• Edit or delete any birthday at any time from within the app.
• Turn reminders on or off in Settings; declining or revoking the notification permission stops push tokens from being used.
• Request deletion of your account and all associated data by emailing arvind.raj.naidu@gmail.com.

The app is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
